OGITECH Certificate Collection Notice for ND & HND Graduates 2026

The Management of the Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, wishes to inform all alumni and graduates of the Polytechnic that their certificates are ready for collection.

Graduates are strongly advised to visit the Institute’s Registry to process and claim their original certificates. Please be informed that the Management has approved a six-month grace period from the date of this publication.

OGITECH issues notice to graduates on collection of certificates

Following the expiration of this grace period, graduates who fail to collect their certificates will be required to pay a Late Collection Penalty Fee based on the following schedule:

Late Collection Fee Schedule

0 – 1 Year: Free of Charge

2 – 5 Years: ₦ 50,000

6 – 10 Years: ₦ 100,000

11 – 15 Years: ₦ 200,000

16 Years and Above: ₦ 300,000

Requirement for Collection
