Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has opened the online hostel accommodation application for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The application started on Tuesday, 5 May 2026. Students who need hostel spaces should follow the stated process on the flier placed at faculty notice boards, halls of residence, and the university website.

Students should make payment only through the approved university Remita channel.

BUK will not accept cash payment at any office or bank counter. Any student who pays outside the approved Remita channel risks losing the chance of getting hostel allocation.
